Kaleidoscope reflection

Needs:
I need to improve my English academic wirting skills to finish my thesis smoothly.
Skills:
Because of my academic vocabulary is not enough that it causes my reading speed is slow and it also influences my understanding ability.I forgot many grammer rules that makes my English writing become more difficult. But, I have not much time now.
Motivation:
First I have to write my MA thesis in English. Maybe it won't need to be perfect, but at least it should satisfy my professor and meself. Second, in the near future I need to find a job in an European country. English is the basic communicate language.
Personality:
Definitely I do not have enough confidence on English skills because of the way I've been taught in middle and high school. We just learnt it, recite it, exam it a lot but not use it. I had given it up long time ago untile I came to Finland. My weaknesses of studying are sloppy, undisciplined, shift attention easily, escape from difficulties easily. Learning thing only based on personal interests. Oh, it's really bad to be such a person like this. Anyway, I am correcting and changing myself.
